Getting There

As I mentioned in my last blog, I'm about to become a biker. There's a lot of steps to this: Safety training, motorcycle license, equipment, tag, safety sticker, insurance, and purchasing a bike.

This weekend I will go through my safety training. I'm really looking forward to it.

I have my gear.

And now I have a bike:
It's a Honda Rebel 250. Not a go fast interstate machine, but it should be a lot of fun around town and on country roads. It's a 2006 model and is supposed to get excellent gas mileage.
